The other day, a homeless woman on the New York subway stood up and said, "Sorry for the interruption. Yes. I live in a shelter. But the food is crap. It gives you diarrhea, high blood pressure, and diabetes. I've been to the hospital 3 times because of it. I accept apples, oranges, sandwiches, or water. Just want to be healthier."
